What day of the week did you go? I haven’t watched all of this video yet but I’ve watched up to the first diorama room and it feels extremely claustrophobic. Soo many people! I went in late October 2013 and that same room had about 10-15 people in it during mid day. I tried going again in 2016 and the line to get in was massive and I didn’t want to only have 2 hours to explore the museum. After seeing this I feel like maybe I got really lucky when I went or else you got really unlucky and went in the middle of summer vacation or something and that’s why it was so busy. We paid extra to see the butterfly exhibit and when we went into that part it only had about 5 other people and one was the exhibit host so it was almost like a personal guide. The butterflies were amazing! But I don’t think they would have been as enjoyable with a ton of people in the room or a long wait to get in. So I guess my point is it seems like when you end up going to these extremely popular attractions it’s important to choose a good time if possible.
